<p>Omega Law Group PC was established in 2016 in West Hollywood, California through the consolidation of two plaintiff practices: Saghian Law Firm, PC — built by brothers Edwin and Robin Saghian, who shifted from commercial litigation to personal injury work in 2012 — and Beverly Wilshire Injury Lawyers, co-founded by Gabriella Mossavar-Rahmani and later joined by Shahab Mossavar-Rahmani, a Loyola Law School graduate who previously served as an Orange County Deputy Public Defender. The merger created a firm of more than twenty California-licensed attorneys, headquartered at 8800 West Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, with additional offices spanning Los Angeles County and extending statewide to Sacramento, San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay Area.</p><p>Practice is concentrated exclusively on the plaintiff side, covering automobile, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, and pedestrian collisions; premises liability; product liability; construction-site accidents; elder abuse and nursing-home neglect; wrongful death; traumatic brain injury; sexual abuse; and employment litigation on behalf of employees. The firm holds California and Texas bar admissions, with founding partners additionally admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.</p><p>Peer recognition spans multiple established programs. U.S. News &amp; World Report's Best Law Firms 2026 edition placed the firm at Tier 2 in the Los Angeles metropolitan area for both Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs. Thirteen attorneys hold active Super Lawyers or Rising Stars selections; founding partner Shahab Mossavar-Rahmani has appeared in Super Lawyers continuously since 2024, following nine consecutive Rising Stars listings from 2015 through 2023, and holds membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America lists three firm attorneys — Lourdes DeArmas, Sara Rodriguez, and Cathy Pantelic — each in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.</p><p>Among publicly attributed case results, the firm secured a $5,771,068 jury verdict entered in January 2025 in Los Angeles County Superior Court in McElrath v. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (case no. 21STCV33539), a bus-passenger negligence matter reported by Law Firm Newswire. The firm's published results page also documents an $8.5 million recovery in a commercial-truck-versus-bicyclist wrongful-death matter and a separate $5 million bus-accident settlement.
