<p>Levin &amp; Perconti has practiced plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice litigation from its Chicago offices since founders Steven M. Levin and John J. Perconti merged their practices in 1992. In 2023, working alongside Spiros Law, P.C., Levin &amp; Perconti secured a $40 million jury verdict in a birth injury matter at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center—described by the firm as the largest medical malpractice verdict in Illinois outside Cook County. The firm has also documented a $27 million verdict for a family whose child sustained hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy injuries.
